Local reverend Ray Riley goes looking for Bill and stumbles on an old mystery that no one in town wants to talk about. 

New cop in town Olivia Wagstaff has questions of her own about Bill's dissapearance and her investigations lead her down dusty backgrounds where she will face a race against time to stop a murder.
