For new wholesale customers, we have included some FAQ below to help you before you send through your purchase orders:


Do you offer a wholesale discount?
Yes, we do! We offer a 40% discount to our wholesale customers. Please note that we sell on a firm sale basis.
(This discount does not apply to a small number of our books. We will always notify customers if the discount does not apply to their order before invoicing.)

Do you have a minimum quantity for orders?
No, you can just purchase 1 copy if that is all you require.   

How much is the postage charge?
Postage costs are calculated based on the weight of the package, so it depends on the number of books ordered. We use Australia Post Parcel Post service, and the postage cost for a standard order (1–10 books) is $8.50–$15.00.

Do you offer credit accounts for wholesale customers?
We sure do! Please enquire for application details: orders@inhousebookstore.com.au 

How can I pay?
Via direct debit (details will be provided on your invoice) or using a credit card over the phone – whichever way is easiest for you.

Do you offer books on consignment?
While we sell on a firm sale basis only, we can contact the self-publisher (author) to ask if they are interested in entering into a consignment agreement with your business, then you can communicate with them directly. Please enquire: orders@inhousebookstore.com.au
