Welcome! I am so excited you chose to invest in yourself and have taken the time to go on this journey. I created this book in the hopes to have changed just one life and to leave a legacy behind. I have worked in the health & wellness industry since 2009 with some of the top day spas and retreats as a Massage Therapist and have been the sole owner of my own day spa as well.
Today I am a Holistic Counselor, Meditation Teacher and Life Coach who loves attending regular workshops and retreats and thought to bring my personal experiences and revelations to others, sharing what has resonated and helped me in my own journey to self-love and healing.
