I bought "Barney the Brave Little Crab" for my great grandchildren, and what a wonderful discovery this turned out to be! From the moment we opened the book, they were captivated by the gorgeous, bright illustrations. The underwater world is beautifully drawn with vibrant colors that kept their attention throughout.
Barney's journey from being the overlooked "little crab" to becoming the hero who saves everyone resonated deeply with the children. They immediately connected with how Barney felt when the other crabs wouldn't include him in their games. We've read this story many times now, and they still ask for "the brave crab story."
