Book of the Month
Do you dread dinner time? Have a fridge full of ingredients but nothing to eat? Is your dinner table covered in laundry and paperwork? Do you own dozens of cookbooks filled with ‘quick’ ‘family-friendly’ recipes (that you never use)? Are you desperate to have a nice meal with your family, or at least enjoy your own damn dinner?
Often our daily exhaustion has us reaching for take-out menus and a glass of wine, and plonking the kids in front of the TV, because at least they will eat something that way. But sharing meals together regularly will offer your family lifelong benefits. All families have some flaws, but time spent together can still be awesome!
In The Flawsome Family Mealbook, journalist and early childhood communication specialist Bec Lloyd explains how you can change your meals mindset and start enjoying mealtime with your flawsome tribe.
